The Pendulum of Productivity

This thesis explores the internal struggle between productivity and procrastination that haunts many people, including artists and designers. I represent the dichotomy between “diligence” and “avoidance” through various media, including: 3D, animation, and digital collage. What does it mean to “dally”? And why do we put things off? The project fostered introspection. As I grappled with these questions personally, I felt more motivated to avoid less.

Thesis Exhibition

The exhibition featured two monitors in conversation with one another. Diligence on the right, Avoidance on the left. The setup reflects my home workstation.

Thesis De-Installation

I reflected on elements I removed from my exhibition prior to our official de-install.
