Toormix is a design studio based in Barcelona, led by Ferran Mitjans and Oriol Armengou. The company creates branding, signage, exhibitions, publications and more for prominent clients in Spain. They are visiting MICA in March 2010 as part of the program Hot! New Design from Spain, consisting of lectures, workshops, and an exhibition featuring furniture, architecture, graphic design, and animation. The programs are sponsored by the Embassy of Spain with the Spain-USA Foundation as part of the program Preview Spain: Arts & Culture ’10.
